The three finalists for Mountlake Terrace City Manager position met the public during a reception at the Ballinger Lake Clubhouse Friday night. From left, they are Richard Leahy, former city manager of Woodinville; Jill Anderson, city manager of Riverbank, Calif. and Scott Hugill, current interim city manager for Mountlake Terrace. Each of the three candidates gave brief remarks stating why they they would be the best fit for the job. The City Council will conduct final interviews at a special meeting on Saturday and could make a decision as early as Saturday following the final interviews.
