The Mountlake Terrace City Council will begin discussions at its Aug.19 regular council meeting on how the city will recruit and select the next city manager
Mountlake Terrace current City Manager John Caulfield announced his resignation from the position earlier this month. Caulfield has accepted an offer to become the City Manager of the City of Lakewood in Pierce County beginning Sept. 3.
No time frame was announced as to when the process of selecting a new city manager for Mountlake Terrace would be completed.
