Terrace girls hosted Meadowdale on Friday night. The Hawks were lead on offense by Takara Mitsui with a season high 17 points, but it wasn’t enough to lift Terrace over the Mustangs. It was 17 first half turnovers as well as giving up 44 points that was the Hawks undoing. It was a very physical game with 49 free throws taken between the two teams. Terrace got within 9 points with 4:30 left on the clock but could get no closer.

Meadowdale finished on top 76-58. Mindy James added 14, Taylor Smith with 12, Lotz 8, Kristjanson 2, Boxley 2 and 15 rebounds, Giuffrida 1.

Terrace will host Lynnwood Wednesday and travel to Shorewood on Friday, both games are a 7:30 start.
