Edmonds School District Superintendent Nick Brossoit sent out the following message Tuesday to parents of kindergarten-3rd grade families, and the district asked us to share his message with all parents of younger children:

Dear Parents:

I am sharing an important article with you that reinforces the power and importance of your “talk” with younger children as directly related to their development. Thank you for all the work you do as busy parents and for being very intentional about your interactions with your children that will help them in school and in life.
