
An exhibit of works by local photographer Mark Pouley, whose collection of photography primarily represents Washington landscapes, flowers and scenic views, is now on display at the Mountlake Terrace Library, 23300-58th Ave. W.
Pouley, a member of the Stanwood Camano Arts Guild, has had his images shown in local galleries and art shows including Arts of the Terrace, The Gallery by the Bay in Stanwood and 2012 Macworld, i World Digital Art Gallery based in San Francisco.
A photographer who lives and works in the Pacific Northwest, Pouley considers this area one of the most beautiful in the United States. “I enjoy capturing and sharing the beauty I see each day in this splendid country,” said Pouley.
The show runs through June 30 at the Mountlake Terrace Library, Mondays through Thursdays, 10 a.m.-9 p.m., Fridays, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturdays, 10 a.m. -5 p.m. and Sundays 1-5 p.m.
The show is sponsored by the Mountlake Terrace Arts Advisory Commission, which oversees the library exhibits as part of its mission to promote cultural events in the community.
