Lynnwood, MLT, Edmonds police join forces to carry torch for Special Olympics

The combined team from the Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace Police Departments met at 212th and Highway 99 to await the pass-off of the Special Olympics torch from the Lynnwood PD runners.
