UPDATE 1/28: Turner has been found. Here’s an update from the owner:
We found Turner they had him at the shelter after being impounded. He had quite the adventure:) Thank you so much for your help. I never even thought to call animal control I just started checking the shelters. My Son squealed for joy when he ran inside and licked his face. We are so happy to have him home!

Turner, a yellow lab, is lost. He is around 75 lbs, old and friendly. Is not wearing a collar.
