At least two Mountlake Terrace churches are holding harvest festival events as alternatives for kids and families during this Halloween season.
Bethel Chapel, 23010-66th Ave. W., is presenting its Harvest Festival on Saturday, Oct. 27, from 6-7:30 p.m. Activities include pumpkin carving, a cupcake walk, a dart toss and bean bag toss games, and a maze. Cookies, candy and hot chocolate will be served. The festival is free and open to all. For more information, call 425-774-9300.
Calvary Fellowship, 23302-56th Ave. W., is holding its 35th annual Harvest Festival on Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 6-8:30 p.m. Cost is $2 per person or $5 for the entire family. In addition to games and treats for all, food will be available for purchase in the Bistro.
