People wishing to sign up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act will find assistance through January at the Mountlake Terrace Library in November, December and January.
Individuals and families can meet on a first-come, first-served basis with a certified assistant to see if they qualify for free or reduced cost health insurance. The service is provided by WithinReach, a community organization connecting families to healthy resources in King and Snohomish counties.
Assistance will be available at the following times at the Mountlake Terrace Library: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 20; Dec. 4, 11 and 18; Jan 8, 15, 22, and 29.
The 2016 enrollment deadline is Jan. 31. Online assistance is available at wahealthplanfinder.org. Help is also available from WithinReach, parenthelp123.org, and the Family Health Hotline at 800-322-2588.
