Detectives with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help to locate 23-year-old Encarnacion “EJ” Salas for second degree murder.
Salas is believed to have assaulted a 42-year-old man in Lynnwood late last night. The victim died at the scene. Salas is 5-foot-11, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He could have injuries to his face and legs and was last seen wearing green pants and a red bandana.
It is believed he is in the area of 164 St. SW. and 35th Ave. W. in Lynnwood.
Ayone who has information about Salas whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
