Sno-King Meaningful Movies present “Green World Rising,” a series of four films on the perils of carbon and the path forward to avoid catastrophe, on Saturday Sept. 12.
Narrated by Leonardo DiCapro and Thom Hartmann, the films will be shown free to the public at 7 p.m. at the Edmonds Unitarian Universalist Church, 8109 224th St. SW., Edmonds.
Moviegoers are welcome to join a discussion after the films with special guest Laurel Wolf of Carbon Washington, a nonpartisan grassroots group behind the revenue-neutral carbon tax Initiative 732.
