Multiple suspects forced their way into an Edmonds home in the 1000 block of 8th Avenue South Monday afternoon, ransacking the residence, Edmonds police said.
Two elderly residents, described as a man and woman in their 80s and 90s, weren’t restrained and were unharmed during the robbery.
It’s unknown exactly how many suspects were involved and there were no reports of a weapon, said Edmonds police spokesman Sgt. Shane Hawley. The couple was shaken up by the incident and will be interviewed at a later date, he added.
According to Hawley, police don’t know what, if anything, was taken from the home.
