The annual Edmonds Fitness Expo organized by Edmonds Parks and Recreation attracted more than 50 local businesses and hundred of visitors Saturday morning at Edmonds Stadium. Visitors to the Bailey’s Taekwon Do booth got the chance to try on the uniform and get instruction in some basic Taekwon Do moves from teacher Nikka Gaviola. Amanda Ralston smiles to learn that she has really good numbers: 90 over 60!Competitors line up for their turn to navigate the obstacle course at the Cascade Bicycle Club’s bicycle rodeo.The bicycle rodeo was one of the busiest places at the Fitness Expo, requiring good speed control and precise turning to get through the obstacle course.Logan Middleton, a Cedar Way fifth grader, dives into the tire obstacles with obvious gusto.Participants in several age groups had the chance to race against the clock in an obstacle course that began with a series of tires.
