Community partners and local businesses are coming together to promote health and fitness at the 3rd Annual Health & Fitness Expo on Saturday, May 16, from 9-11:30 a.m. at the Edmonds School District Stadium located at 7600 212th St S.W. in Edmonds.
New additions to this year’s event include the Middle School Invitational Run, Children’s Gardening, the PCC TasteMobile, a bike blender, free health screenings provided by Community Health Centers of Snohomish County, and mammograms provided by Swedish Breast Care Express, a mobile self-contained trailer that features the latest in full-field digital mammography equipment.

The expo is open to the public and will include over 45 interactive health and wellness booths, healthy recipes, healthy snack samples, a bike blender and plenty of opportunities to be active in the obstacle course, Kids Fun Run, the expanded bike rodeo, the Active Zone, sports clinics and the NEOS Power Playsystem.
