Sport Clips Haircuts, located at 18700 33rd Ave. W., has teamed up with local food distribution program Food Lifeline to help feed kids in need during the summer.
During this season, kids who rely on school lunches may go without. To help, Sport Clips’s Lynnwood location is accepting non-perishable food through Sept. 17.
“It is important to us at Sport Clips to work together as a team, alongside our community, to support the important work of organizations, like Food Lifeline,” Wendy Liu, team leader for the Lynnwood Sport Clips said.
All food collected from Sport Clips’ efforts will go to support Food Lifeline.
Sport Clips specializes in hair care services for men and boys. The Lynnwood location at 18700 33rd Ave. W. is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Clients are served on a walk-in basis.
