The City of Lynnwood Community Outreach Department is calling on dancers, singers, musicians, poets and performance artists to come Celebrate!

Applications are now being accepted for solo and group performers wishing to participate in the city’s Celebrate! Music and Dance Festival scheduled for July 19, 2014. The one-day event will feature art and culture that focuses and highlights the heritage and cultural diversity of south Snohomish County, with kid and family-focuses activities during the day and live local musicians and a beer-and-wine garden in the evening.

Artists and performers wishing to audition for the festival are asked to send a one-to-ten minute video of their performance to jmoore@ci.lynnwood.wa.us. Deadline for submission is Friday, Feb. 14.
