
The first annual Celebrate! Music and Dance Festival is coming to the Lynnwood Convention Center on Saturday, July 19.
The free Festival will highlight the art, culture, and heritage of Lynnwood and South Snohomish County and will run from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. and 5-10:30 p.m.
Here is a look at some of the daytime family friendly activities 10 a.m-4 p.m.:
- Music and dance performances
- Arts and crafts and games
- Storytelling
- Photo booth
- Food trucks
Featured performers include Farraige Mhor Irish Dancers, Guelaguetza, Tusuy Peru, Oolleemm Korean Traditional Performing Arts, Melody Institute, Filipinas Performing Arts, Aaron Taylor & Kontagious Performing Company, Lynnwood Community Band, Peter Ali — Native Flutist, Ocheami Culture Club, Tae Kwon Do Way, Mak Fai WA Kung Fu Club, Lion Dance Team, New Island United Roots, Russian Children’s Puppet Theater, Jill Johnson — Global Village Storytelling, Jennifer Sullivan — Story, Robbie Egelstad, Emerald Flute Quartet and Joanne Davis.
