The City of Mountlake Terrace is making it easier than ever to report items such as a pothole that needs filling, graffiti that needs to be removed, or code violations by one tap of a “smart phone.” “GORequest” applications for “smart phones” are available that allow customers easy access 24/7 to MLT Anytime, the city’s customer relations management system.

A picture is worth a thousand words – with GORequest for “smart phones,” a photo and GPS coordinates allow cities to efficiently find and fix issues.

“Smart phone” users simply open the app, select an issue, take a picture, and tap submit – the app knows the exact location and sends the issue directly to the staff member at city hall who can fix it. Users are kept up-to-date on the status of their issue, and it’s available 24/7 without having to visit city hall or go to a computer.
