Under sunny skies, golfers flocked to courses in Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace Tuesday — the day designated by Gov. Jay Inslee to resume some statewide recreation activities after closures due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Courses reopened under new State of Washington restrictions that must be followed to ensure social distancing. See more in our earlier story here.
