The Mountlake Terrace High School girls tennis team put up a strong fight against the top team in the Wesco League 3A South Conference, but just couldn’t overcome Glacier Peak’s team depth. The Grizzlies held off the Hawks 4-3 at Glacier Peak High School on Monday.
The match was the first in a busy week for Terrace; the Hawks have matches scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday, April 29 and May 1, in this, their next-to-last week of the 2014 regular season.
