The Mountlake Terrace Library has two events this week to help you get ready for the upcoming holiday season.
On Wednesday, Nov. 7, teens ages 12-18 (or in 6th-12th grades) are invited to take part in a trivia competition and craft event. While competing in a team trivia challenge, teens can make colorful “kandy” bracelets to give away as gifts over the holidays (or to keep and share now). The Teen Wednesday event is set for 4-5:30 p.m.
On Saturday, Nov. 10, professional organizer Monika Kristofferson returns for another session of helpful tips, this time how to manage shopping, entertaining and time more efficiently. Saturday’s “Beat Holiday Stress” class is scheduled for 11 a.m.; space is limited, so registration is required at the library’s front desk, at 425-776-8722, or online.
Each event is sponsored by the Friends of the Mountlake Terrace Library. The library is located at 23300-58th Ave. W.
