Think of the man who has been a construction worker for 30 years and loses his job. He never had a reason to have computer skills but now he can’t get another job if he can’t fill out an online job application. Think of the woman who has emigrated from another country and can’t communicate with her family back home unless she has an email account. Or the senior who so desperately wants to keep in contact with her grandchildren but doesn’t know how to open attachments to view the photos. It goes on and on. The Mountlake Terrace Library’s free classes help job seekers, seniors, newcomers and more on a daily basis deal with their computer questions and we hope these free classes will give them the skills they need to succeed.
