I am going to start posting the summary of the Snohomish County Fire District 1 calls each week. The Fire District serves more than 225,000 residents so Mountlake Terrace only comprises about 10%. Each week there will likely only be a couple Mountlake Terrace calls listed (those will be in bold) but I will list the entire summary for those interested in calls elsewhere in the District.
Snohomish County Fire District 1 responded to 317 calls the week of June 10-16: 256 emergency medical aid calls, 11 fires, 20 motor vehicle collisions, 10 service calls, two carbon monoxide alarms, two natural gas leaks, 14 automatic fire alarms, one technical rescue and one hazardous materials response.
Fire District 1 is the largest provider of fire and emergency medical services in Snohomish County, serving more than 225,000 residents in the unincorporated communities of Silver Firs, Eastmont, Mariner, Lake Serene, Picnic Point, Martha Lake, Mariner, Lake Stickney, Norma Beach, Hilltop, Hilton Lake and Pioneer Trails; the Cities of Brier, Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace; and the Town of Woodway.
