The Mountlake Terrace Library is offering two events this week, the first for fun-loving teens, the second for fun-loving Jedi Knights, Wookiees and Stormtroopers.
On Wednesday, March 27, teens are invited to come play games and sing karaoke beginning at 4 p.m. This week�s Teen Game Day will also be the last one at Mountlake Terrace for Teen Librarian Dawn Rutherford as she is moving soon to a new position at the Sno-Isle Library headquarters in Marysville.
On Saturday, March 30, kids, teens and families will be able to travel to a galaxy far, far away as the library hosts a Star Wars Spectacular beginning at 1 p.m. Activities include Star Wars trivia, a costume contest, and the showing of an animated feature length movie about heroic Jedi Knights struggling to maintain order and restore peace during the time of the great Clone Wars.
Both events take place in the large conference room of the Mountlake Terrace Library, 23300-58th Ave. W, and are supported by the Friends of the Mountlake Terrace Library.
