Edmonds Community College and Housing Hope are offering Transitional Pathways Life Skills two-week courses. Class start dates are offered three times a month: once at the Edmonds Community College Gateway Building and two classes a month in Everett.
These courses are designed to teach you the keys to unlocking your unique self and setting yourself on your path to success. The course covers issues such as: dealing with change, time management, goal setting, and workplace strategies.
This course is free to the public through community grants and government funds.
Temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) students are funded by DSHS and may qualify for childcare and transportation assistance. Students receiving food benefits are funded by BFET and may qualify for childcare and some transportation assistance. The instructors are from Edmonds Community College and Housing Hope.
This consecutive two-week course is offered Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Classes start in Lynnwood at Gateway Hall, 6600 196th Street SW, Lynnwood and run from: June 8-19.
Classes start in Everett at Mt. Bakerview Apts Classroom, 3210 18th Street, Everett and run from: June 1-12 and June 15-26.
