Drop off your unwanted items to benefit students

Screenshot (108)The Rotary Club of Lynnwood is collecting items to sell off at their Annual Rummage Sale at Meadowdale High School.

Saturday, the club will be collecting donations at Mountlake Terrace High School from 10 a.m. to noon. The club accepts most items, but will not accept used mattresses. Broken items that can be repaired will also be considered.

Proceeds from the summer rummage sale go to scholarships for students in the Edmonds School District.

If you have large items, like furniture, that require a truck for transport, call Ken at 206-276-7786 to arrange for a pickup.

There will be more drop off opportunities on March 19, April 30 and May 21 at Lynnwood High School; April 2 at Meadowdale High School; April 16 at Mountlake Terrace High School; and May 7 during the Mill Creek Garage Sale community event.

The Annual Rummage Sale will be held on July 16 at Meadowdale High School.
