Wednesday night the Hawks Ladies made the trek up north to meet the Cubs of Sedro Woolley. The Hawks started out strong with the spot on shooting of Senior guard Christine Lotz, who went 5-7 in the first half to put them up 32-26. The Cubs came out hot in the second half shooting nearly 65% in the third quarter, and never looked back. Terrace got as close as 51-48 in the fourth quarter only to fall by a 59-50 final score. The Hawks were led in scoring by Lotz, and fellow guard Mindy James, who both put in 14 points a piece. James also had 4 assists 3 steals and 3 rebounds. Takara Mitsui also put up 10 points for Terrace. The Hawks host Shorewood in a Wesco 3A showdown Friday night at the Terraceum, C & JV 5:40, Varsity 7:30
