Council to discuss stormwater, sewer rate increases at Oct. 31 meeting

Further discussion on plans to increase the city’s stormwater and sewer rates and a review of a proposal to subdivide 4.6 acres in the 3700 block of 214th Street Southwest into 16 single household residential lots are among the items on the Mountlake Terrace City Council’s Oct. 31 work/study session agenda.

The council has set Monday, Nov. 4 for a public hearing on the proposed utility rate increases with a council decision to follow the hearing.

Also on the council agenda;

– Review of the 2019 third quarter police department report

– Review of a Civic Campus Redevelopment Project artists professional services agreement with Louise McDowell

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in interim Mountlake Terrace City Hall, 6100 219th St. S.W., 2nd floor.  You can see the complete agenda here.
