Further discussion on plans to increase the city’s stormwater and sewer rates and a review of a proposal to subdivide 4.6 acres in the 3700 block of 214th Street Southwest into 16 single household residential lots are among the items on the Mountlake Terrace City Council’s Oct. 31 work/study session agenda.
The council has set Monday, Nov. 4 for a public hearing on the proposed utility rate increases with a council decision to follow the hearing.
