The annual Mountlake Terrace Egg Hunt is set for Saturday at Evergreen Playfield.

Over 10,000 colorful eggs will be hidden on the field filled with candy and other prizes.

The event is free for kids ages 2-12. An adult must come with participating kids to supervise.

The event on March 26 begins at 10 a.m. at Evergreen Playfield, located at 22301 56th Ave. W.

Again, the event begins at 10 a.m. Organizer and City Councilman Seaun Richards said Monday that attendees should consider coming a few minutes early.

“The event begins promptly at 10 a.m. and is usually over by 10:05,” he said with a laugh. The event ends when all of the eggs have been collected.

The event is put on by the Cheese Burger Babies foundation every year.
