Beginning in September, Comcast is converting all remaining analogue television channels to digital format, a significant change that may require some of its’ Mountlake Terrace customers to obtain additional equipment in order to continue receiving a cable TV signal.
Customers will need to have a digital set-top box or digital adapter from Comcast, or a third-party device with a CableCARD, for each television on which they want to continue to receive video services. Comcast indicates that it will provide its limited basic cable customers up to three digital adapters at no additional cost. If all of your TVs are connected to a digital device (cable box, digital adapter or CableCARD), no action is required.
Comcast customers may call toll free 1-800-634-4434 or go online at www.comcast.com/digitalnow for more information.
