The City of Mountlake Terrace, in partnership with the Emergency Service Coordinating Agency (ESCA), will conduct an emergency operations exercise on Wednesday, June 26, to test and review the city’s Emergency Operation Plan (EOC).
For the exercise city officials will activate its EOC, set up a command system and respond to a planned scenario prepared by the ESCA. The event will also involve strategic versus tactical planning, mobile assessment teams reporting from affected areas, regular situation reports via radio to the ESCA, group briefings, an active public information officer to handle media requests, and a post-event debriefing.
Emergency operation exercises are held on an average about once per year. The details of what type of emergency scenario will be conducted on Wednesday were not released.
The ESCA was created by the cities of Mountlake Terrace, Brier, Edmonds, Woodway, Lynnwood, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Woodinville, Mill Creek and Mukilteo to provide local city government disaster planning, mitigation, response and recovery services.

The argument that the US Supreme Court only has “appellate jurisdiction” ignores the fact that the Court is the third branch of our government. And every US citizen, to include the US Supreme Court Justices has a duty to insure the laws are faithfully executed. At the very least they should have done was go public individually or as a Court and say that “War†is only against an incumbent government’s army and it is a violation of the UN treaty to invade Iraq without the security council approval.

Therefore the US Justice Department and the FBI have failed to prosecute or are covering up this alleged crime, conspiracy to do war crimes.
U.S. law requires the CIA to inform Congress of covert activities and allows the briefings to be limited in certain highly sensitive cases to a “Gang of Eight,” including the four top congressional leaders of both parties as well as the four senior intelligence committee members. In this case, most briefings about detainee programs were limited to the “Gang of Four,” the top Republican and Democrat on the two committees. A few staff members were permitted to attend some of the briefings.

Syria?? Chemical weapons are a serious threat depending on the size of the spraying of them. They are no way in hell the same as a nuclear bomb/WMD. Yes, if the enemy is using artillery shells and bombs dropped by their air forces onto an American Division in warfare, the chemical weapons threat is a big deal. But it is relative to the question of how much of the nerve gas was sprayed.
