Basketball: Terrace boys win, girls lose against Lynnwood

The Mountlake Terrace Hawks basketball teams both had close games tonigth against Lynnwood. The boys ended up coming out on top 62-53 and the girls lost 50-48. High scorers were Mitch Haldane, with 15 for the boys team, and Mindy James, who had 17 in the girls’ loss.

Basketball: Boys and Girls Beat Shorewood

The Mountlake Terrace boys basketball team beat out Shorewood Thursday night with a score of 41-38. Champou was the lead scorer for the Hawks with 24 points. The MTHS girls team beat Shorewood 51-50 on Wednesday. Corinne Pingul led the Hawks with 15 points. The Hawks play Lynnwood High School at Lynnwood this Saturday.
