My Edmonds News spotted this one from across the lake. Someone out on a canoe in Lake Ballinger had the canoe tip on them and they fell in to the lake late Sunday morning. Mountlake Terrace Police and Fire District 1 reported to the call. The person in the canoe was unharmed and the fire department said they were just warming them up a bit.
