After the Snohomish County Elections Division released the results of vote tabulations done on Wednesday, it was clear that the makeup of Brier City Hall would not change for 2014.
Mayor Bob Colinas increased his big lead in the General Election race for Brier Mayor by a percentage point over challenger Adam Gregorich, and will undoubtedly win re-election to the post he has held for eight years. Also, the city’s four incumbent councilmembers on the general election ballot all ran unopposed and will retain their seats.
There were no changes to the vote counts Wednesday among the City of Mountlake Terrace positions on the ballot as the county did not release any new figures for those races.
The county elections office is scheduled to release new vote totals each day this week, then periodically until the election is officially certified on Nov. 26.
