Brier Terrace Middle School student speaks at Edmonds Memorial Day ceremony

Brier Terrace Middle School 7th grader Olivia Olson was a speaker at the Edmonds Memorial Day Ceremony Monday. Olivia read her winning entry in the Patriot’s Pen essay contest open to middle school students, sponsored by Edmonds-based VFW Post 8870. Her essay was titled “What I Would Tell America’s Founding Fathers.”
