Brier Park will look like the North Pole — without the Arctic weather — as Santa and Mrs. Claus will make their annual appearance for the Brier Tree Lighting on Saturday, Dec. 3.

Santa is scheduled to arrive at the community event at 6 p.m.

The festivities will include carols with the Brier Elementary School choir; free hot chocolate, cookies and candy canes; and, of course, the lighting of the park’s community holiday tree.

Attendees to the free event are encouraged to bring an item of non-perishable food for the Concern for Neighbors Food Bank.

Brier Park is located at 2903 228th St. S.W. in Brier.
