Bobcat Park in Brier goes to the dogs on Saturday, Oct. 20, for the city’s 7th Annual Dog-O-Ween event. Dog owners are invited to bring their costumed pets for fun and prizes at this off leash party. The event is scheduled to run from 2-4 p.m., with a judged costume contest set for 3 p.m.

Dog-O-Ween attendees are encouraged to bring donations of non-perishable food (for humans and for pets) for the Mountlake Terrace Concern for Neighbors Food Bank. Forever Home Dog Rescue will also be on hand with rescue dogs available for foster care or adoption. (In addition, Forever Home will have dogs at Pet Adventure from noon-4 p.m. Saturday.)

Bobcat Park is located one block west of Brier Road at 3140-236th St. S.W. Sponsors of this year’s Dog-O-Ween include Bow Wow Fun Town, Brier Pizza and Pet Adventure.
