Boys basketball: Hawks beat Everett, Fall Short Against Arlington

On Saturday, Arlington came to the Terraceum beating the Hawks 54-46. Terrace struggled to make shots in the first quater, putting their opponents up 18-5. However, the Hawks fought back, decreasing Arlington’s lead to 4 at the half. Although Terrace managed to even the score a few times, they couldn’t pull through completely by the end. Martinze Johnson led the Hawks with 14, followed by Zack Karels with 13.

On Tuesday The Hawks went to visit the Everett Seagulls at their home gym, beating them for the second time this season. The final score was 56-53. The Hawks stayed strong throughout, leading at the end of every quarter. Again, Martinze Johnson was the high scorer for Terrace with 14 points, followed by Zack Karels with 11.
