An MLTnews reader, Lyndsey, shared her story on our Facebook Page of her son cutting his foot at the MLT pool the other day. Not really news, but a good story of strangers helping strangers.

My son got his foot caught under a door and cut his foot pretty badly at the pool today. There was lots of blood, the the staff all jumped to help and were Amazing!! Thank you!!

A Dr in the lobby with his family stopped the bleeding and wrapped his foot in gauze from the limited first aid kit. I was absolutely horrified to find out there were not allowed alcohol wipes!!

Over all it was a bad situation handled Very well. Thank you to everyone who helped out and kept the situation calm.
