A full decade after it landed on Mars, NASA’s Opportunity rover is still going strong. The Mountlake Terrace and Brier libraries host a program exploring what it might be like to visit the mysterious red planet with stories and fun activities designed to spark an interest in interplanetary exploration. The free program is for ages 6-11 and is supported by the Friends of the Mountlake Terrace Library.
Check out the program at 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 8 at the Mountlake Terrace Library or 2 p.m, Wednesday, July 9 at the Brier Library.
