Celebrating Edmonds Music is a collaboration among Edmonds Public Schools, the Edmonds Public Education Foundation and Edmonds School District Music Supporters to supports music education for children in the Edmonds School District, which includes Mountlake Terrace.
Coming up next week Wednesday, December 9th, will be the first of an annual auction for music education. The immediate goal is putting musical instruments in good playing condition into the hands of children and youth wishing to use them now. The ongoing goal on the collaboration will be procure the instruction, supplies and support (like instrument maintenance) to strengthen the elementary instrumental music program and ensure strong music programs throught the Edmonds School District.
The Celebrating Edmonds Music appetizer Auction is scheduled for Wednesday, December 9th, from 5:30 pm to 9 pm at the Embassy Suites in Lynnwood. Plan to attend to bid on tickets to arts and cultural events and other opportunities to enjoy music, theater and the visual arts. The auction will feature both a silent auction and appetizers provided by Embassy Suites Lynnwood.
