
Join 14 artists this Friday, Feb. 21 at Urban City Roasters, located at 4313 212th St. S.W. in Mountlake Terrace, for an opening reception of new artworks. Led by Brier artist and instructor Patty Forte-Linna, the show features artists from the Brier, Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood and Edmonds area and beyond: Sandy Hansen, Lin Ciaramitaro, Diane Tuski, Jayne Engle, Vicki Blair, Magna Mhones, Denise Hastings, Elise Hegrat, Ann Davenport, Patty McNamee, Rick Bader, Jeanne Fowler, Jane Gonzales and Lori Knight.
The show opens at 7 p.m. and runs through March 2014. Urban City Roasters will feature Happy Hour wine and coffee drink specials and small bite appetizers for the evening opening reception, so stop by for great art and conversation.
The artists in this group meet regularly to paint on Thursday evenings from 6-8 p.m. at Cole Gallery in Edmonds, where artists are encouraged to join under the instruction of Patty Forte-Linna. Cole Gallery’s anniversary show opens on Thursday evening Feb. 20 and will feature new works by their myriad of artists.

Tsuga Gallery of Bothell (101 Main St., Bothell) opens its “Entirely Equine” art show on Friday, Feb. 21 and features many previous award winners from our own Mountlake Terrace “Arts of the Terrace’ juried art show. Show runs through April 4, 2014.
