In an effort to bring some attention to the vacant commercial space on the ground floor of the Arbor Village Apartments in Mountlake Terrace, the commercial broker for the building is hosting an open house on Friday, June 20.
Blake Taylor, broker for West Coast Commercial Realty, is hoping the event will draw other commercial brokers and business owners to tour the more than 8,000 square feet of retail/office/restaurant space still available for lease at Arbor Village.
“The goal here is to pull in more of the active brokers in the north end from various firms out to the site to get their eyes on the spaces,” Taylor said. “It’s one thing to see the listing on computer or via marketing flyers, but it is another thing to physically walk the space.”
After opening its doors in August, 2013, Arbor Village welcomed its first (and up to now only) commercial tenant six months later when Bellis Salon set up shop in a ground floor space that faces 56th Avenue West.
The open house will take place from 11:30 a.m. to approximately 1:30 p.m. on Friday. The general public is welcome to attend. The Here and There Grill, a food truck from Edmonds, will be on site selling lunches, and the Arbor Village golf simulator room will be open and available for use.
