52nd Ave. W Closed This Week

52nd Ave. W will be closed this week Monday, September 14, through Thursday, September 27, from 8 AM to 5 PM from 212th St. SW to 217th St. See our previous post for details on the project.

A detour route will be in place along 48th Avenue West and 217th Street.  Drivers can expect some delays in the area, especially around the 52nd Avenue/212th Street Intersection.  Alternate routes are recommended.

  1. And a reminder to those driving on on 216th/217th then to 48th: the speed limit is 25mph! It's 25 because of the narrow lanes, the limited sidewalks and the residential area through which it goes through.Please, keep the speed down for everyone's safety!
