The man had a bunch of white powder around his mouth, he said he’d just eaten a bunch of antacids. The officer assumed it was to cover the smell of alcohol on his breath. The driver was obviously under the influence. He refused a breathalyzer but was arrested and processed at Lynnwood jail. After speaking to a public defender on the phone, he agreed to take the breathalyzer. The results were 0.096 and 0.106. The officer brought the man back to his house and the man’s last words to the officer were that he hoped the officers “mother passes away.” A real class act.

  1. Wild chickens on the loose! LOL We have a couple of chickens and one of them turned out to be a rooster, the MLT ordinance doesn’t allow for roosters so I got rid of him before he caused too much trouble.

The hens we have lay about 5 eggs a week each and eat up all the bugs in the yard & garden. Too bad more people don’t raise their own their poultry, it’s pretty easy and quite entertaining!

  2. Those chickens have been running around for a long time. Now i’m noticing lots of rabbits running around that area in the mornings before the sun comes up on my way to work. I’m surprised that the racoons haven’t gotten them.
