  1. Exactly! I've lived here for 33 years, my Mother in law still writes “Montlake” on every envelope she sends. Drives me nuts.

  3. I suppose there's some consolation can be found if the “Montlakers” at least omit the 'R' in Washington. I think if I were to hear 'Montlake Terrace, Warshington', I may run to the next county screaming.Maybe I'll move to Mookletao.
