Updated with list of MTHS Football Team award winners

At the season-closing MTHS Football Booster Club banquet Wednesday night, Hawk Assistant Head Coach Mike Yalowicki called offensive/defensive lineman Jevin Pahinui the finest athlete he has ever coached. Other coaches around the Wesco League were also impressed with Pahinui, as they voted the Terrace senior to the 3A South All-Wesco League first team this week.

Pahinui and teammate Brett Potter were named to the all-league first team on both the offensive and the defensive sides of the line. Senior Chance Ragsdale also received a first team selection at running back.

Pahinui had also picked up All-Wesco honors last year for his play on both the offensive and defensive line.

Hawk coaches and the team booster club honored the team Wednesday with awards and presentations, including plaques for graduating seniors and certificates for team captains and individual award winners.
