Trunk ‘R Treat draws crowd to MLT

Bill Lefley and June Wightman, both of Bothell, said they have been at all three Trunk ‘R Treats in MLT, participating through Creekside Church.
Hundreds of superheroes and princesses, monsters and vampires invaded the downtown area of Mountlake Terrace Wednesday night for the 3rd Annual Trunk ‘R Treat event.
Youngsters and their families worked their way through more than 30 decorated car trunk displays, collecting candy from sponsors and volunteers along the way.
The event was sponsored by The Red Onion, Creekside Church, Espresso Break and MLTnews.com, with many other local businesses and organizations taking part in the festivities.
