Romios Pizza Restaurant For Sale

Romio’s Pizza on 56th and 242nd is for sale. You can own your very own Romio’s franchise for $180K. Sale includes all tenant improvements including security system, fixtures, POS and inventory.

Anyone ever been to Romio’s? The pizza market in Mountlake Terrace is pretty saturated for the size of the city. Just within maybe a mile of Romio’s there is the new Sahara Pizza, Prime Pizza, Pagliacci Pizza (in Shoreline). A little farther north there is Sorelli Pizza. Then there’s also Pizza Man, Little Caesar’s, and Papa John’s.

I’ve heard from people that the previous pizza place, Theo’s, that occupied the Romio’s building was pretty good and had been around for a long time.

Whats your favorite Mountlake Terrace pizza joint?

  1. Having grown up eating good pizza in the 60's, it's hard to stomach what's offered now. Miss the good old days of Pizza & Pipes, Shakey's, Pizza Pete, (Old) Godfather's, & Seattle's Northlake Tavern, which is still there but don't know if it's the same. Pagliacci is my choice.

  3. Yeah, I would probably say Pagliacci's is my favorite but Prime Pizza is about half the price for the same amount, and pretty good so I usually go there.

  4. I found Romio's a little pricey and inconsistent. Not that particular store, but a couple of others. Pag's is great and Prime Pizza is pretty decent.

  5. My wife and I like the Romio's in Greenwood but I also have found some of the others to be inconsistent. I guess that's what you get with a franchise.

      1. The Greenwood one was the last one I went to – many years ago. Lately, I just make pizza with the kids. They get involved and it’s a lot of fun. And not all that hard. The trick is lots of olive oil.

  9. We go there every few weeks, it’s within walking distance so thats a bonus for us. The Pizza and Pasta is what you would expect from a place thats a franchise. They don’t get much business, based on when were there and they advertise but I think they need better sign-age and more presence in the community.
