I'll say this though… the owners have been hard at work cleaning out the years of neglect in cleaning, painting, prepping and just getting ready to make Sorelli even better than it was! Opening day is still realistically a couple weeks out, but I'll get a more firm date as soon as I can! The new owners are BUSY to say the least!

Besides if people would actually pay attention to what they eat and not load up on junk food every day then they wouldn't be obese. If these people don't have Sorelli's they'll go else where like McD's, Burger King, or somewhere else. At least let them support a local business with their unhealthy eating habits.

I for one will not return if they force a healthy option on me (then again I only ate at Sorelli's one a month maybe twice) but if I can't endulge once in a while then I will take my business else where.

Hopefully, the new Sorelli's will discourage gluttorous tendencies — without offending — of many of its customers. Over the past 25 years, obesity rates have skyrocketed in blue collar neighborhoods like Mountlake Terrace (Auburn, Lynnwood, Kent), where customers tend to prefer quantity over quality. Let's see if the new Sorelli simply complies with customer demands or has the charisma and salesmanship to create new, healthier customer demands.
